The Ring Hotel had the honor of hosting delegates of the first all-Russian gathering of the Rosgvardia commanders in June 2019. The commanders of the Central, North Caucasian, Southern, Volga, Ural, Eastern, Northwestern, Siberian districts and the leadership responsible for weapons and equipment gathered in Volgograd
